Terms of Service

The Terms of Service constitutes a contract between you, the client, and Magic Plus CRM, LLC. The Terms include the provisions set forth in this document and other terms or conditions that may be presented to you in connection with specific Service offerings which Magic Plus CRM collectively refer to as the “Terms of Service” or “Terms”. The Service is owned and operated by Magic Plus CRM, LLC.

Upon accessing or using Magic Plus CRM website, you, the client, agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no legal right to access or use our Service.

1. General Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• You may not use the Service for any unauthorized or illegal purposes, or in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including content posted by other agents under your workspace.
• Technical support is provided via email and phone, available to both trial and paying users. We reserve the right to refuse support or service for any reason.

2. Trial and Billing Terms

• 60-Day Free Trial: All accounts are granted a 60-day free trial upon registration. A credit card is not required to register. At the end of the trial, a grace period of 5 days is offered before billing details must be provided to keep the account active.
• Month-to-Month Billing: Billed monthly on the same day of the month and is non-refundable.
• Yearly Billing: Billed annually on the same day of the year. A partial refund is available if cancelled within 30 days of signup.

3. Cancellation and Termination

You are responsible for properly cancelling your account. If you cancel before your next billing date, your credit card will not be charged again. Upon cancellation, all data from your workspace is subject to indefinite archiving or deletion.

4. Modifications to Service and Prices

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Magic Plus CRM is not liable to you or any third party for modifications, price changes, or service discontinuation.

5. Client Data Responsibility

Any and all traveler data retrieved by you from your clients is your sole responsibility. You certify that all data captured on your clients was done so legally and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. Magic Plus CRM is not responsible for any data you enter into the CRM, including contact information, dates of birth, social security numbers, and credit card profiles. In the event of a breach, you absolve Magic Plus CRM, LLC from any wrongdoing.
