The travel advisors behind Magic Plus CRM experienced firsthand how difficult it was to manage multi-component vacations inside generic CRMs. While basic databases worked fine for simple itineraries, they lacked the specialized structures needed for intricate daily schedules, celebration events, dining reservations, and complex package bookings.
To solve this, travel advisors came together with software engineers—combining over 18 years of software architecture experience with over 16 years of hands-on expertise as active travel professionals. Together, we designed Magic Plus CRM.
As the travel-tech landscape evolved, our clients requested more than just a registry of bookings. They wanted the power of automation and next-gen AI to handle the tedious admin chores without the interface becoming cluttered or overwhelming.
The new Magic Plus CRM is a completely redesigned, AI-powered system built on that original, specialized foundation. We've preserved the 25+ destination templates (Walt Disney World, Universal, Cruises, Flights, etc.) that our agents rely on, and introduced Resort Address Auto-Pulling, Inbox Intelligence email parsing, and PCI-compliant card authorizations to deliver a premium, simplified workspace.
